So, I was born in Guangzhou. I’m turning XX this year.(如果你生日还没过的话..)/I'm ** years old. I graduated from XXXX in 20XX. I am quite a open-minded guy/person. And I like outdoor sports and exercises. Jogging, swimming, and playing football are my favorite leisure time activitiesis; espacially playing football.
However, I should probably bring up more things about my career life. So I’m working as a XX for XX XX XX XX since JULY 20 XX. And before that I had worked for other 2 companies with positions of XX and XX. Which are also shown in my resume with more details. During those years working, I have gained rich experience of business trips, good communication skills, and computer/technology skills. （千万不要play computer.. play能和computer出现在一起只能是play computer games..）I am fully capable with working alone. Meanwhile, I’m good at team-working as well. I regard myself as a responsible and faithful man with good self-control positive attitude. (奴奴这里要注意！要把这些词都包括在里面的话只能这么说.. 因为这几个词的词性不一样 不能全连在一起用and.. 而且这样说也显得句子有条理一点~~~)

我帮你梳理了一下顺序.. 应该差不多了~~~ 然后你要尽量记住这些连词和不同的句式.. 这样就可以避免每句话都是I am, I..，I.. 的开头~ 说的时候不要一紧张就语速加快.. 说太快了容易出错.. 而且面试场合说太快了反而没有可信度.. 然后中间紧张忘词什么的时候可以用偶尔用一下“well..” “emm..” “haha..” 保持一下连续性~~~
