Arsenal have previously had bids of £1.5million and £2.75million turned down for the starlet, but have now agreed a fee in the region of £5 million with Juventude for Zezinho's services.
Both the player and his agent, Augusto Nogueira, have recently confirmed that his move to the Emirates Stadium is but a matter of dotting the 'i's and crossing the 't's.
"Arsenal want to close the deal with Juventude this month, who look set to accept," Nogueira told Brazilian newspaper Zero Hora.
