3. Tuesday 28 June, a 'police judge' has to decide (if the public prosecution ask for it) if they allow his custody to continue.

Moszkowicz, Robin lawyer says he has been imprresed by Robin (the way he copes with it): According to his lawyer Robin is a strong powerful young man, not broken, but full of will to fight and pride."Of course he is strengthened by the fact, that he knows he's innocent. That's makes it easier to be strong. But still it's not easy to be in isolation."
Conclusion: there's still no evidence of rape, a statement by the accuser and jsut prove they had sex will not stand up in court (and will not be enough to charge him). The public prosecutor needs to come up with more evidence. The change in Robin's testimony is understandable (he wanted to keep something hidden from is wife) and is no proof whatsoever
