根据体育报知报导，日本天王级乐团GLAY于4月15日晚上在东京代代木竞技场开唱，作为全国巡回演唱会「HEAVY GAUGE」的开场。GLAY这次的巡回演唱会的总制作费耗资50亿日圆，共将巡回演出68场，预计将有80万名以上的观众参加。GLAY去年在举行的户外演唱会共吸引了20万观众，创下单场最多观众纪录，而今年入场券总数有81万6000张依然非常抢手，预计又将创下总动员人数最高纪录
