[独立报]阿森纳自我盈利的经营模式 [复制链接]

Ever since moving from a stadium holding 38,000to one with a 60,000 capacity and three times as many executive boxes, Arsenalhave been able to run the club on a self-financing basis, with revenueapproaching £3.5 million every matchday for up to 30 home games a season.

A lower wage limit than their direct competitors and a recent lack oftrophies has meant selling players but that has usually resulted in solidprofits; £36.6m in the last accounts.

This leaves them in good shape to meet Uefa'sFinancial Fair Play rules while Chelsea and Manchester City must drasticallyreduce losses of £68m and £195m respectively.

Arsenal's chief executive, Ivan Gazidis, told fcbusiness magazine:"The environment we are in has been somewhat irrational in terms of playerspending but is becoming more rational as the game wakes up and demandsregulation.

"The FFP proposals were endorsed and supported byfootball clubs. They are not rules coming down from on high, they are rules theclubs themselves developed in conjunction with Uefa. Football clubs aredemanding a more sustainable environment."


   经过把一个容纳38000人的主场更换到一个能容纳60000人的主体育场和三次高层的决定，阿森纳已经成为一个每个赛季举办30场主场比赛，同时每个比赛日收入近350万英镑的富裕俱乐部。阿森纳比较低的球员工资和最近几年的无冠历史成为诸多球员出走的原因，但是每年却给俱乐部带来了一笔固定的利润，去年的财政收入为3660万英镑。阿森纳自我表示上述政策都是很好地迎合了英足总的公平财政管理政策，同时为了执行这一政策，切尔西和曼城将不得不分别削减6800万英镑和1亿9千5百万英镑的巨亏。阿森纳的首席执行官接受杂志采访时表示：现在我们所处的环境有些不合理，因为我们在球员的花费上投入太多，但是当政策和比赛得到规范后，这一环境将变得合理。这一提案是得到众多俱乐部的同意和支持，不是仅仅几个高层所决定的，是众俱乐部与英足总紧密合作的产物。俱乐部需要可持续发展的环境。

如果有实力，还是靠自己活得有尊严，温格就是阿森纳的信心

阿森纳赢得了非阿森纳球迷的尊重，我们也只能忘记冠军，支持俱乐部的策略，相信会有一天成功的
