Arsenal are making a move for Parma's talented youngster Francesco Lupoli - the second of their starlets to attract interest from The Premiership.
The Italy Under-17 international has been reportedly offered a three-year deal to join The Gunners, worth around €300,000 a season.
The Gialloblu striker is the second starlet to attract the interest from England's top flight, with Manchester United also interested in a young Italian.
United have been tracking Giuseppe Rossi, but the Italian side are not too keen on their best youngsters leaving so early in their careers.
Parma will be contacting Uefa over the matters as they feel they should be paid a handsome compensation should the English big-guns want to sign their youngsters.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has never been afraid to bring in youngsters from abroad if he thinks they are good enough.
The Frenchman has a good record in bringing young players through and the latest addition to the squad of the Premiership champions could well be the young Italian.

由于鲁波利和帕尔玛并没有职业合约在身，因此阿森纳引进他没有花费任何转会费，签订的也是一份非职业的训练生合约，不过，对于温格相中的球员，人们总是抱着浓厚的兴趣予以观望，毕竟像图雷等人从无名小辈到球队顶梁柱的例子在温格手下层出不穷。
