Freddie Ljungberg believes Arsenal will have no problems beating Rosenborg on Tuesday.
The Gunners need a victory to be absolutely sure they make the next phase of the UEFA Champions League.
Swedish midfielder Ljungberg believes that Saturday's 3-0 win over Birmingham will stand Arsene Wenger's side in good stead for the Rosenborg match.
Skipper Patrick Vieira will be missing for the match at Highbury due to suspension, but Ljungberg still thinks they will progress.
"With all due respect to Rosenborg, who are a very good side, we should beat them even without Patrick," Ljungberg told Expressen.
The midfielder was pleased with his display against Birmingham.
"I am enjoying myself in that position. Normally, we don't have anyone in between midfield and the forwards.
"There is less defensive work. Playing becomes more technical for me.
"It's part of my personality to want to help others when it's tough for them. We are dependent on confidence to play well."
