The French coach revealed that the Bianconeri directors were in London to ne
gotiate the transfer of Patrick Vieira to Juve.
What was just a rumour in the past days, has become a fact as Arsene Wenger
confirmed speculation that Juventus are currently in talks with Arsenal for
the move of influential midfielder Vieira to the Turin-based outfit.
Wenger confirmed this news to Italian journalists during the British Grand P
rix at Silverstone, where the Gunners coach admitted the interest and negoti
ation of the Bianconeri for his team’s captain.
It is thought that Juventus have offered 10 million Euros and the services o
f Stephan Appiah for Vieira, however Arsenal want 20 million Euros in cash.
