切尔西本来已经强的可怕的实力随着克雷斯波的回归以及小赖特和德尔奥诺的加盟更上一层楼；利物浦大换血，实力大幅提升；曼联也把吉格斯替补和门将问题解决掉了！

我们呢？我们把自己唯一的世界级中场放走了！我们凭什么去和人家争冠军？！

过度乐观或悲观都是不可取的,大家还是等下赛季开始吧..

我觉得写这文章的只主要分析了客观原因，没具体分析到切的自身实力，可能他也认为切的实力太强了！

要是买下了艾辛，他们的阵容简直是恐怖到极点~~~

I don't think Chelsea will be as strong next season either, we all know that is much more difficult to win a title than defend it. It's very psychological, when you are champions teams raise their game 20% against you, when you're not, teams reduce their game by 20%.

BUT, I look at Arsenal at this moment, and I would say that this team is all over the place. It's impossible to ignore. How motivated are Cole, Pires and Campbell likely to be with all their contract nonsese, can we expect fully committed performances, or will they all play like Vieira did last year until they leave?

How good will Van Persie, Reyes, Flamini, be? New players who are settling in, but a successful season is hardly guaranteed for any of these 3.

Hleb will likely need 6 months to adapt.

The trio of Lehmann, Toure, Lauren will never win you anything in Europe. That competition is gone without kicking a ball as long as they stick around.

In fact, the goalkeeping situation at Arsenal is a crisis at the moment. We only have 3 keepers, one is 17, the other is out 2 months with a broken finger, and our first choice is unpredictable at the best of times. On top of that, we go into the first 2 champions league games with Lehmann suspended.

You call it negativity. I call it realism. Just look at the facts - this isn't a team that is going to win anything. If Wenger doesn't make decent 3 buys, then say bye bye to next season. That could still happen of course, and my optimism could change - but until it does happen, it won't.

You can hope and pray all you like that Chelsea falter, but with out current squad, even if they lose 3 or 4 games, I can't see Arsenal competing with them.

In fact, a couple of bad injuries, and this season could be a shambles.
