Arsenal have a large transfer kitty this summer as they refinanced the stadium loans which will allow them to spend up to 50m .Although some of this will be made up of sales .
OUTS:Cambell-8m Portsmouth ,Cygan-3m St Ettiene, Alliderie-2.5m Marsaille and a few youngsters adding up to 5m.So thats 18.5m leaving Arsenal to put up 30m .
INS:Buffon-free Juve,Mascherano-13m Corinthians,
Chivu-9m Roma,Torres-23m Athletico,Nuri Sahin-5m Dortmund.
These will happen but although fees agreed with clubs but personal terms with Mascherano and Buffon after the World Cup ,while Torres,Chivu and Sahin to be announced during 2nd round.

TORRES will NOT be leaving atletico,as he believes he will best improve there.

MANU:-Mascherano,kuyt and carrick.
LIVERPOOL:-Bellamy,pennant and defoe.
SPURS:-Zokora.
NEWCASTLE:-hasselbaink,SWP(loan),darren bent and sol campbell.
