Arsenal look set to sign Icelandic youngster Kolbeinn Sigrhorsson after offering him a contract but this story which appeared in Icelandic newspaper today.

This link basically translates into that Arsenal have offered him a deal and he is set to sign very soon.

He's rejected Arsenal 3 times before he thought he wasnt ready in the past 2 years. Arsenal have invited him to travel with the youth team to Hong Kong next week if he wants more time to think about the offer.
