Arsenal hope to announce two big signings inside the next fortnight.

The Mail on Sunday says the new arrivals will be signed to cover the sale of Thierry Henry to Barcelona.
No names have been mentioned, but one is an experienced striker, to shoulder some responsibility for the young squad Arsene Wenger is developing, the other a younger forward less well known in England.
