Agent Dennis Lachter says that Russian playmaker Andrei Arshavin has signed for the Gunners in a deal worth ?2 million.
The contract is said to be until 2012 and the player, who agreed personal terms and passed a medical, has been given the number 13 shirt.
Yesterday, reports that Arshavin was being driven back to Heathrow airport emerged after claims that the move had broken down over a dispute on the player's signing-on fee, which Zenit St. Petersburg wanted half of.
