获得足总批准应该不成问题 这里有个球迷解释了一下： godfather (Forum Member) on Tue Feb 03, 2009 4:35 am the rule didn't say the club/s have to officially confirmed to public before 5pm. all things we needed to do before 5pm was to fax the agreement/papers to the PL/FA, and we've done that. so that means by the rule, hes already an arsenal player! but its not confirmed by arsenal club till yet. so, I'm not worried about this. not at all
