VIEIRA: I'LL BE FIT TO FACE NEWCASTLE
Arsenal captain Patrick Vieira has insisted a knee injury will not stop him facing Newcastle on Sunday.
The Gunners play their fourth game in nine days when they face Sir Bobby Robson's side, live on Sky Sports.
And skipper Vieira emerged from the 4-2 win over Liverpool with a knee problem, but he is adamant it will not keep him out of the match at St James' Park.
"I got a knock on my knee and have started to feel my hamstring but, when you win, you feel a lot better and I still want to play tomorrow," he said.
"It's a big game for us and all of us will be ready. A few of us have some knocks but we will battle together to win the trophy.
"It is too big a game to miss. We all want to play as we know it can make the difference for us. We will fight until the end."
But manager Arsene Wenger said he would make changes after facing Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool within a week.
"I will need some fresh legs as it's our fourth big game in nine days. Maybe Sylvain Wiltord will play, certainly Jose Reyes will play, while Edu and Gilberto Silva will also start," he confirmed.
