Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has told the Dutch press that he expectsto spend heavily in the summer following yet another season withoutsilverware for the Gunners.
Wenger is quoted in the Voetbal International magazine today saying:"Due to the construction of the Emirates Stadium, for many years wecould not spend a lot of money."
