Moyes set for Arteta battle

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is eyeing a move for Everton playmaker Mikel Arteta but the Merseysiders would be reluctant to sell him.
Arteta could either form an all-Spanish midfield pairing at the Emirates or act as Cesc Fabregas' replacement if he seals a switch to Barcelona this summer, as has been predicted in the Spanish press.
Toffees boss David Moyes is desperate to hang onto the 28-year-old but the lure of Champions League football could make life difficult for him to do that.
The Everton midfielder did missed a large chunk of the season due to injury but since returning from knee ligament damage, he has produced a string of match-winning displays which haven't gone unnoticed by Wenger.
