Greek champs warm up with a win

PANATHINAIKOS 4-0 PANIONIOS Saturday, October 30 Panathinaikos warmed up for their visit to Highbury with a 4-0 victory over Panionios NFC. Dimitrios Papadopoulos was the star of the show, scoring in each half after three weeks out with a groin injury. The Greek champions were without Nasief Morris (ankle), while Emmanuel Olisadebe and Ioannis Goumas were rested. Panathinaikos trail AEK Athens by one point at the top of the Alpha Ethniki after their city rivals were held to a 1-1 draw at Aris.
