F**K it, he pushing F4 more defends way. That’s the reason to control F4 no more attack and no more goals. You know all of our young players have talent! YES! But so what! We don’t have passion! Speed to attack! Our strikers cannot fire up like A23! Rooney! Drogba! We lost our speedy attack like before. Our defenders look like Chinese Bean Curd “Dou Fu”. You can see these couples of the years, we always have trouble that’s we don’t attack enough, even we make 1 goal, we start to defends from mid-field! The problem is our defenders cannot afford too many high ball and counter-attacks! Is it the problem from RICE! Because he’s very good defender, how can he training the young defenders like this! Where is our famous defender form? Who’s problem? ARSENE KNOW? Honestly, our lazy A25 better to sell because he’s the “BOMB” for the team. While our team success! He will give a lot side effect to the young lad; he’s the GREEDIEST man, after he made 30 goals a year, he asked for higher payment, after the higher pay in the contract, then no more passion! No more goals! He knew that he cannot got better price this year from AC Milan, because he’s F**K lazy this year, that’s why he need to say “100% stay” next season, He’s the other Anelka! Boss! Gooners always fully support your young policy, we can wait for the silverware all the time, but we cannot accept the “Non passion Game Lost”. 温格干脆把自己也给年青化算了。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。 佩服温格的勇气，但是任何事都要平衡，要不然也不会有青年队和成年队的年龄分层了，那可是对人类智慧的一种挑战了。 最起码我觉得中后卫不能太年青，看看巴萨和曼联，车子，他们的中卫都不年轻。 有经验的球员带大年青球员才是比较可行的办法。 温格最近犯的错就是做事太极端，a23的买入明显证明了全盘年轻化是行不通的， 曼联，巴萨成功也是证明。 曼联的人员年龄搭配，值得我厂借鉴。有朝气有不乏经验。 年青人中有天才，但不是每个，如果想把世界上全部的年轻天才收集到帐下，以目前我厂财力是不可能的，不现实的。
