REDKNAPP AND HENRY TAKE AWARDS

Portsmouth boss Harry Redknapp and Arsenal striker Thierry Henry have picked up the respective Barclaycard manager and player of the month awards for April.
Fratton Park chief Redknapp enjoyed a tremendous month in April picking up 10 points from a possible 12 to secure Pompey's survival in The Premiership.
The South Coast side beat Manchester United, Leeds and Birmingham and drew with Charlton during April making them the form team of the league.
It is Redknapp's first award of the season and the former West Ham United manager is bound to be in the running for Manager of the Year award after keeping Pompey in The Premiership on such a limited budget.
Henry was in electric form for Arsenal in April scoring a remarkable seven goals in four matches, as The Gunners cruised to The Premiership title.
