Arsenal are tracking highly-rated Spanish youngster Francisco Alcacer, according to a report in the Daily Mirror this morning.
According to John Cross in the daily tabloid, Alcacer has caught the eye of Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger following some impressive performances at the ongoing Under-17 European Championships.
The 16-year-old striker plays his club football for Valencia who would be forced to sell if Arsenal offered big money as they are undergoing financial problems.
In nine appearances for the Spanish Under-17 national side, Alcacr, also known as simply Paco, has scored 12 goals and provided two assists.
He scored a hat-trick against Switzerland in a 4-0 win, they are the first three goals on the video below.
A striker Arsenal do currently own, Benik Afobe, is also impressing at the Under-17 European Championships.
