新浪体育讯　英超劲旅阿森纳表示，英国广播业者ITV 已根据与该俱乐部达成的一项五年期有条件交易，买下球会价值3,000万英镑(5,766万美元)的股份。

　　阿森纳周二称，ITV以每股9,177.12英镑(17,640美元)的价格购买了该俱乐部3,269股新发行的股票。这个价格是阿森纳股票目前在英国未上市股票交易市场卖出价的一倍多。　　Granada媒体集团在2000年购买了阿森纳约5%的股份，并承诺一旦符合若干条件，将以预定价格再买进5%的股份。Granada去年与Carlton合并後成立了ITV。

　　阿森纳表示，ITV的注资将用于一般企业用途，包括“发展球队的投资。”ITV还持有英超俱乐部利物浦的部分股份，但执行长艾伦称将考虑卖掉这些股份。(乌云高娃)

Arsenal have secured a £30 million windfall after selling a further stake in the club to broadcaster ITV.

Carlton, who merged with Granada last year to form ITV, purchased five percent of shares in 2000 and committed to buying a further stake once certain conditions were met.

ITV have now bought 3,269 ordinary shares in Arsenal at a cost of £9,177.12 a share, more than double the club's current offer price on the Ofex exchange.

The number of ordinary shares in issue has increased to 62,218 while the club's directors' ownership of shares is now 45.1 percent.

Arsenal have stated the investment will contribute towards corporate objects, helping fund their new Emirates stadium, along with strengthening Arsene Wenger's squad.

"This share issue completes the agreement made in October 2000 between Arsenal and Granada," said managing director Keith Edelman.

"The proceeds will assist Arsenal in the achievement of our corporate objectives, including investment in the development of our playing squad."
