阿森纳 “TV在线”（前身PLUS）在慈善舞会上采访了阿瑟·温格先生。

这项活动是为了纪念与“孩子热线”两年来收获及多的合作的终结，还有与另外一家慈善机构，专门纪念阿森纳前球星大卫·罗卡斯尔的慈善机构的合作的开始。

温格谈了以下问题：
-与孩子热线的合作
-新的合作慈善机构
-季前训练和亚历山大·赫莱布
-他计划签约的事项
-为什么他不关心球员的名气

He was just saying how we are looking to bring one or two more new faces. When asked if it was to be a big name player or player with potential he said that he looks at quality of player rather than the name. He said if he did sign a relatively unknown player he would be looking to make him a name once he joins.

上赛季我们成绩差原因是多方面的，但是有一点很关键，去年夏天我们一线队的主要转入转出不合理……

转入：范帕西，阿尔姆尼亚，弗拉米尼

转出：帕洛尔，卡努，维尔托德，基翁，（杰弗斯和范布隆霍斯特由于03～04赛季就租借在外还没有算在内）

今年截至目前为止情况是

转入：格列布

转出：埃度，泰勒，彭南特

我觉得这是一个很危险的信号，每年转入的都比转出的少，这样我们岂不变成阿甲克斯，而且转出的很多都是自由转会，一分钱转会费没收回来……

今年的转会市场不太好

好像就算不太知名的球队都死抱着自己的当家球星，不开很高的价格绝对不放，埃辛这种人22m还不放……太可怕了……

所以，就算有4000w，想撬别人的王牌，基本也就2个……

"We have bought Hleb, who looks to be a good player, and we still hope to bring one or two more faces in," Wenger said. He then smiled before adding, "And we hope to keep everybody!"

Wenger also spoke about his knack at Arsenal for turning unknown players into big names, and hinted that he might do so again.

"[When I buy players], I don't especially look at the name," he said. "I look at their quality."

"I always feel that we try to make their names inside the club, once they are here.

"They usually become [big] names, that is why it is very important to look at the quality of the player."

"So I cannot promise you it will be a [big] name but we will try to make sure that he becomes a big name with us!"
