Vieira fit to face Celta Vigo 23 Feb
Arsenal captain Patrick Vieira will be available for the Champions League clash against Celta Vigo on Tuesday after passing a fitness test.
There had been fears that the influential French midfielder would miss the game because of a knee injury he sustained during the weekend win at Chelsea.
However, Gilberto Silva and Ashley Cole will both miss the Spanish trip through injury.
"His (Vieira's) knee swelled up after the Chelsea game, but it was just a direct knock," said Gunners boss Arsene Wenger.
"It's okay today. The swelling has gone down, so he will start the game."
Edu is expected to replace Gilberto but Wenger is also without with Ray Parlour, Sylvain Wiltord and Dennis Bergkamp for the game.
维埃拉通过了体能测试，可以参加周中的冠军杯，不过Silva和A.Cole还是不能在比赛中上场。
