好球员年龄不是太大的问题，只要别太离谱就行。
外界都批评阿森纳年轻缺乏经验，但我觉的年轻只是阿森纳的一个特征而已，并不是阿森纳最主要的问题。阿森纳最重要的问题是有的位置上人员实力不够。比如后腰和中卫替补。
希望温格不要为了增加经验而特地买什么大龄球员。西尔维斯特就是前车之鉴。

这家伙是大山姆的爱将，Bolton之前打压枪手时此人也有功劳，后来被大山姆带到纽卡索，本季才加入Stoke，我想他的技术能力温格看不入眼，即使真要挑高的壮的，市面上也一大把年纪更轻、实力不输也便宜的球员，所以根本不需要此人。

Just having him steaming around the training pitches would sharpen up our youngsters and give them the physical edge that they sometimes lack in the biggest games.
