新浪科技讯 北京时间8月15日晚间消息，谷歌今日宣布，已与摩托罗拉移动签署最终协议， 将以每股40美元的现金收购后者，总价约125亿美元，与摩托罗拉移动上周五收盘价相比溢 价63%。该交易已经得到两家公司董事会的批准。
收购摩托罗拉移动有助于谷歌进一步强化Android生态系统，从而提升在移动计算市场的竞争力。
