俄罗斯中场组织者阿尔沙文今天在个人网站透露了其转会阿森纳的细节，这一转会决议将于今天稍后由阿森纳官方公布。

当被问及是否已成为阿森纳一员时，他说：“我想是的。谈判已经结束，周二就会公布结果。”
“我现在唯一能说的就是，如果我为阿森纳打比赛了，我就将穿23号球衣。”
据报道，27岁的阿尔沙文将以1500万英镑转会阿森纳，后者将另外支付150万英镑的违约赔偿金。

Andrei Arshavin has revealed on his personal website the details of the deal to join Arsenal that should be announced later today.
It is believed all the relevant complex documentation is in place at the Premier League, but the transfer has yet to be formally ratified because of administration delays caused by the snow that crippled London's transport networks yesterday.
Asked if he was now an Arsenal player, the Russian international said: "I think so. The negotiations came to a close and there will be details [on Tuesday].
"Now I can say only one thing – that if I play for Arsenal, it will be at No23."
The 27-year-old should move from Zenit St Petersburg to the Emirates for £15m with a reported £1.5 extra going to the club for breaking the player's long-term contract.

What are the odds? 50/50.
If the transfer will be declared invalid, AA return to Zenit. We cant exclude this. I don't think this is an act of severity - both teams had a lot of time to complete it during transfer window."
I'm not saying it means anything, but it's a bit worrying. Then again, there's been so much misinformation in this saga that we need to take everything expect an official announcement with a pinch of salt
