那就看那些家长的态度了，把孩子当作摇钱树的也不少。另外从某个角度上看，给的价钱越高好像反映出态度越重视吧，假若不好到16岁再找另外好一些的俱乐部，似乎幼齿转来转去也不是稀罕的事情。

成年人谈判， 价格就能够反映俱乐部对你的重视度， 所以RVP这次一定要多争取一点， 对他以后在俱乐部发展是有好处的。

公寓的工程是分发给好几个承包商的。正常情况下是包工头发工资的，我的那个民工说是纯粹开玩笑，不过别看小参与公寓建设者这批人的工资，粗略算了算，也比较吓人的。

不管多吓人 我们一定不可能自己招聘工人工程师成立建筑队来做这个事情 只要是和建筑公司签署合同 那就将支付工程款给对方 这笔钱无论如何是不会计入工资的

英国税收政策的变化，Tax free Allowances从07－08税年(age under 65)的£5,225调整为£5,435
也就是说 每年有 £5,435的收入是不需要缴税的，比上一税年增加 +£210

还是举例子 阿德巴约8W/周 如果我算50%的税率（注意 以下数字皆随机产生 并非真实） 我们需要支付12W/周
而小朋友的家长 我算2000/周 40个家长才能赶上阿德巴约的薪水 而且更重要的是2000/周可能不需要纳税 或者讲税率很低 绝对不是8W的税率可以比的 何况普通人大概没有球星那样拿税后薪水的好处吧 薪资很可能还含税

Wages of course are the Club’s main expense and these fell to £66m from £70m as players such as Keown, Parlour, Wiltord, Kanu and Jeffers left and the playing staff reduced to a 5 year low of 61, down from 72. The important wages to football revenue ratio fell to 57% from 60%. Payments to agents are believed to total £4m although this figure is not disclosed in the accounts. Unlike the Football League the FA Premier League has not adopted the policy of disclosing fees paid to agents. Salaries for directors, principally Keith Edelman and Ken Friar, totalled £1.76m (£1.57m).

However, as income has risen so have costs. Total operating expenses (costs) increased to ￡141m from ￡121m and exceeded total turnover by ￡4m (Last year total costs were ￡17m less than turnover) This however includes a non-cash cost related to amortisation of player contracts and depreciation of ￡18m (￡17m) Wages were the principal cost component and were significantly higher at ￡83m (￡66m) despite the average number of playing staff being reduced from 61 to 49, the lowest total since the 48 reported in 1997. Apparently, increases in “key” player contracts have been balanced by reducing the squad size. Bonus payments related to reaching Paris will have accounted for possibly ￡5m of this increase. The wages to football revenue ratio was a reasonable 63% (57%)
Payments to agents are not disclosed but are thought to have been ￡4.4m (￡3.6m) during the year. Salaries for directors, principally Keith Edelman, Ken Friar and David Dein, totalled ￡2.4m (￡1.8m), a 33% increase.

The total operating expenses (costs) increased as well to £177.5m (£141m). Excluding the £14.7m (£2.7m) cost of property sales, total football costs were £15m lower (£6.4m higher) than football related income. Wages / staff costs were the principal cost component and increased by 8% to £89.7m (£83m) albeit with an increased number of employees (374 vs 312) relating to the larger scale of the new stadium operations. The key wages / football revenue ratio was a modest 51% (63%) and could fall below 50% in the present season as the wages of Henry and Ljunberg are unlikely to be matched by new joiners. The Managing Director, Keith Edelman, was the highest paid director at £1.16m (£1.04m) and at £22k per week is probably equivalent to an emerging first team player! No termination payment to David Dein had been agreed at the time the accounts were signed off in September 2007.
Reduced activities in the transfer market appear to have reduced payments to agents to £1.2m (£4.4m) – “expenses not deductible for tax purposes”. No detail is given on “other operating (costs) charges” of £44.7m (£33.7m) which represent 33% of cash costs. Further analysis would be welcome.

高工资的人，年薪36K以上者，税率40%。折合过来应该700周薪，这还是税前。。。税后周薪就是420。
球员工资在700以上者，应该是绝大多数了。

这样看下来我基本放心了 看来是待摊费用的问题 如果是这样 只要我们坚持策略不动摇 很快我们的薪资水平就将大幅降低 事实上 茂往这里有个很重要的数据 就是工资与营业收入比例 我们可以看到 这个数字逐年下降 非常棒 整个英超的大环境貌似是这个比例逐年增高 已经像一把利剑高悬梁上

其实在这里可以反应出很多问题
1，我们的球员人数由0405的72每年下降，到了0607只有49人。逼近我们97年最低的48人。这里反应出什么问题，大家可以发散思维全垒打。值得注意的是我们的成绩由0405年开始滑落，由97年开始上升。而俱乐部每年这样减少人员储备是不是能够说明些什么?
2，我们的总工资金额是04年70m--05年66m--06年83m--07年89m---08年超越1b
这样子也可以想象出很多东西，0506中间的10多m差距。
3，就是风姿提到的工资于足球收入的比率，那个数据很令人兴奋
